Assess the load
Practical support, shaped around the job.
Send a photo, approximate dimensions, collection postcode and details of stairs or access. This makes it easier to confirm whether an item can be carried safely and whether dismantling will be needed.
Items should be disconnected, emptied and ready to move unless another arrangement has been agreed. Appliances, mattresses, upholstered seating and electrical goods may require particular handling or disposal routes, so identify them clearly.
Awkward loads are assessed and secured individually before transport. Collection and destination details are agreed before the job is booked.
