For an accurate quotation, describe whether the material is loose, bagged or dismantled and provide an indication of volume. Photos showing both the pile and the access route are especially helpful.
Different materials may need to be kept separate, and some items cannot be collected with general clearance loads. Soil, rubble, paint, chemicals, asbestos and electrical items should always be mentioned before booking.
Access matters with garden work. Side gates, steps, distance from the truck and whether items require dismantling can change the time needed. Confirming those details early keeps collection day straightforward.
